Bentonite clay is found naturally in the Montmorillonite region of France. The clay is a product composed of ash taken from volcanoes.  It contains a range of nutrients and known to have an abundance of minerals, including calcium, magnesium, silica, sodium, copper, iron and potassium. Bentonite has been said to be an effective ingredient for removing skin impurities such as excess oils and clogged pores.
 
Fragrance free so that the soap can be used on facial skin. Fragrance and essential oils should never be used on your face.
